Integrated and reasonable business process management:

1. Multilevel planning control system
Annual production plan will be made manually or by referring to sale planning, and long-term planning will be broken up into small steps and refined to quarter, month, week, even day and hour;
According to long-term planning, consumption planning can be broken up in order to plan the purchase of raw materials currently needed and acquire semi-finished product production information.

2. All-round demand management system

The system will acquire production demand information automatically from sale, prediction and equipment maintenance etc.
Key components production demand will be required by MPS operation.
All production demand of products and semi-products and purchase plan of raw material could be acquired by MRP operation.
Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) will check the satisfaction of key production material (equipment and manpower) to the execution of the plan.
Fine-cut Capacity Planning will visually display the discrepancy between the required capacity (equipment and manpower) and the available capacity.

3. Rigorous and ordered production process management

Material requisition: requisition by department and order, back flushing, reception of workshop requisition;
Status of order: planning, check, release, execution, ending, cease and completion;
Working procedure management: pre-start check, site-cleaning after completed, parallel procedure, check report of technical parameter during production process;
Working procedure report: feeding, output (department, order, working procedure, personnel, time and amount.), and output of co/by W product.
Quality inspection: for simple inspection, quality inspection list is used; and for complex and strict inspection, individual quality inspection system could be coupled.
Movement of workshop material: movement among departments, orders and working procedures;
Machine account: on the enterprises demands, the record of account could be refined with department, transshipment station, order, and working procedure and batch No. as the unit.

4. Reasonable and simple production cost calculation

Calculation would be conducted according to information acquired automatically from the following systems: workshop, inventory, goods on hand and finance etc., after which voucher carry-over will be performed automatically, and carry over price will be renewed.
When workshop management is not in use, calculation can be conducted according to material requisition and product storage information learning from inventory system.
Variety of calculation methods including gradual carry-over, varietal method and batch method etc..
