1.Problem analysis
In recent years, there aren’t any breakthroughs in software development mode. Software industry still relies on manual workshop of “high level labor-intensive type”, in which not only product development but also project development all relies on labor force, productivity and quality all depend on individual quality of the software developer. There are contradictions between universal software products and individuation of enterprises. The software supplier has invested heavily in pre-research and development, and is eager to sell their universal products, while the universal products can not meet the individuation of enterprises.
(1) Each enterprise has its own features, especially their exist differences of management level, informationization level and personnel quality in Chinese enterprise, which makes the universal product difficult to meet the individuality of enterprises.
(2) In order to achieve the advantages of survival and competition and meet the changeable market environment, the enterprise is required to rapidly respond to the market demand, and continuously adjusts its organization mode and reengineers its business flow.
