SI Sales Director / Sales Manager (m/f/d)


Position Overview

Position Responsibilities

    · Develop and manage a list of new System Integration partners (SI) for server, cloud, HPC and datacenter solutions

    · Recruit new partners through market segmentation to achieve ideal coverage for revenue growth

    · Make effective, persuasive presentations which demonstrate Inspur‘s solutions

    · Train and motivate partners

    · Organize and execute joint events with partners to generate new business

    · Build and successfully execute business/marketing plans with partners

    · Conduct regular meetings and engage with Senior Management and C-level contacts within the SI account base

    · Build strong relationships between partners and Inspur direct enterprise sales team

    · Deliver accurate revenue forecasts

Position Qualifications

Education and Experience Required:

    · A Bachelor’s Degree and least 5- 7 years successful enterprise software sales experience calling on large named accounts

    · Ability to call on and develop relationships with C-level executives across the business and IT

    · Good understanding of multi-tier channel business

    · Ability to understand channel partner requirements

    · Strong technical learning agility

    · Good command of English language to understand technical and business matters

Knowledge and Skills Required:

    ·Good understanding of server, storage, datacenter, cloud and HPC

    ·Proven ability to create and manage a Partner / Channel ECO system

    ·Strong partner development skills with the ability to build out and execute to a robust business plan

    ·Experience of managing, growing and taking ownership of System Integrators

    ·Used to meeting with and presenting to C-level/ executive level contacts within System Integrators

    ·Track record of sales achievement with partners

    ·German native speaker with good English oral and written skills
