Key Features

Inspur’s I9000 blade system is based on the IT infrastructure fusion architecture design idea and optimized for enterprise critical applications such as virtualization, cloud computing and database.

Fully modular design enables unified management, power supply and thermal dissipation. The deployment density of up to 16* half-width computing blades or 8* full-width computing blades is supported, which ensures powerful computing capability yet enhances the convenience and energy efficiency in the equipment room. The excellent switching bandwidth design supports 10-gigabit Ethernet, FCoE and fifth-generation 16G FC SAN switching network. The system switching bandwidth is reserved up to 100G and can support the evolution to 25G/40G/100G switching networks in future. Unique PCIe extension module (IO Box) realizes network connectivity without affecting the number of switching modules, and supports separate configuration as acceleration device to improve computing performance.
