Inspur’s self-produced semiconductor laser chips and bars are characterized by high power, high reliability, high efficiency and wide wavelength range, with power ranging from 5mW to 700W, wavelength covering 635nm to 1064nm, and maximum electro-optical conversion efficiency of 70%. The technical indexes of some products are leading domestically and advanced internationally.
