Overview

Inspur delivered a cloud and big data-based PM system in two hub sites, and according to M Group standards, customized total 380+ KPIs and 170+ reports used in total 21 M OpCos.

Background Information

M, a multinational telecom group, is operating in totally 21 countries (2G, 3G, LTE, FDD&TDD, WiMax, etc.) and serves over 221 million users mainly in the Middle Est region and African continent.

There are two hub sites in South Africa and Nigeria, with one centralized portal in Dubai. South Africa network is most typical and advanced in terms of technology and volume.

Inspur won Integrated PM Project of M Group in 2015 covering M networks in all 21 countries of Africa and Middle East region.

Overview for Solutions

Network performance management is a key factor to ensure a high level of customer service satisfaction. For M, Inspur PM solution is deployed in Cloud Platform in two hub sites in Nigeria and South Africa to provide regional centralized network performance management. And one portal system is deployed in Dubai to provide overall statistics information for high level managers.

M group implemented a centralized portal in Dubai, synchronizing data periodically from each subnetwork. It can monitor the overall performance for each nation’s network and help M group HQ evaluate the operation & management for each subnetworks.
KPI Comparison
Summarize the KPI from each subnetwork by nation and time, compare the summarized data for two hub sites so that the group can check the subnetwork data transparently and grasp the business volume trend intuitively.
Automatic Report
