Highway infrastructure maintenance consists of four parts: slopes, roadbeds, bridges, and tunnels. According to the characteristics of different application scenarios and the content of infrastructure testing, Inspur’s smart maintenance system can deploy different types of sensors and professional testing equipment for different detection purposes of the highway infrastructure in different application scenarios.
Inspur’s smart highway maintenance system includes instruments such as the triaxial accelerometer, inclinometer, anchor cable dynamometer, wire strain gauge, and GNSS. Consisting of a three-level hierarchy from bottom to top, the system has various intelligent sensors deployed on the monitoring site, transmits data to the cloud via transmission devices, and finally classifies, solves, analyzes, and displays the data in the cloud.
1. Inclinometer: Easy to install, anti-electromagnetic interference, and be able to withstand strong fluctuations
2. Triaxial accelerometer: Built-in DTU, easy to install, triaxial acceleration
3. Anchor cable dynamometer: 3- to 6-wire measurement, hollow structure, with the temperature measurement function
4. Wire strain gauge: Elastic beam structure, with the temperature measurement function and intelligent identification
5. GNSS: Three-dimensional coordinates, with high positioning accuracy and no need for intervisibility
