Fully prefabricated modular construction solution; Uptime Tier III; Offering stable and reliable data center infrastructure for the enterprise customer
As enterprise digital transformation accelerates across Tokyo and regional demand for computing power keeps growing, this prefabricated containerized modular data center is deployed to bolster the digital upgrading of local enterprises and drive the advancement of the regional information industry.
Constructed in accordance with the Uptime Tier III standard, this AI computing power center adopts a fully prefabricated modular construction solution. Following the integrated design philosophy, it incorporates three major product systems: IT room container, power container and auxiliary container. All units are prefabricated and integrated in the factory to meet customers' expectations and demands for rapid delivery.
Adhering to the design and construction philosophy of "Green, Reliable and Efficient", the project fully integrates Inspur’s outstanding capabilities throughout the entire life cycle of planning, design and construction.
Covering a land area of 1,120 square meters, the project features a computing power scale of 800P FLOPs with a total IT load of 1,650 kW. The overall construction comprises 12 IT containers, 6 power containers, 2 battery containers and 4 diesel generator set containers, all equipped with computing devices and complete supporting facilities for the data center inside.
Equipped with Inspur self-developed power and environmental monitoring system and DCIM system, the solution enables real-time monitoring of power load and energy consumption trends. It effectively optimizes the energy utilization structure and reduces redundant power loss, comprehensively helping customers lower the overall energy consumption of the data center and achieve the operational goals of energy conservation and efficiency improvement.
The project adopts a prefabricated modular construction mode, which greatly simplifies on-site construction procedures with an overall construction period of only 9 months. Supported by complete high-quality infrastructure supporting facilities and professional high-standard electromechanical engineering implementation, it establishes a solid foundation for the stable and reliable operation of the data center, and effectively accommodates the incremental computing power demands brought by customers' business expansion.
